The Who first broke out of London in the early 1960s and have always been regarded as pioneers of the original mod and therefore scooter scene back in the days when a new vespa was a couple hundred quid.
They also wrote Quadrophenia originally a 2 LP Album which would soon be turned into the most famous scooter movie of all time.
